Why does JavaScript or jQuery not working on my site?
If you are seeing issues with JavaScript functionality on your website, try disabling Rocket Loader if it is enabled to see if that is the source of the issue.
If you do see a problem, please write a ticket to Support and include:
1. The URL
2. Exact steps to replicate (e.g. which buttons to click etc)
3. Details of the browser you are using (you can generate a link from https://aboutmybrowser.com/ to do this)
4. Screenshots of the issue and the output of any errors which appear in the Developer Tools Console Log of your browser
Note: You can turn off Rocket Loader and Support can still test with Rocket Loader on without impacting your website, so we recommend disabling Rocket Loader while we investigate if this is causing you an issue.
To Turn off Rocket Loader in your Performance Settings. You can get to your Performance Settings by going to:
Speed > Rocket loader
Note: Developers familiar with placing script tags can have Rocket Loader ignore certain scripts if you have already identified which of your scripts is problematic.
