- If you forgot your username to login to the Acronis account
- Please https://billing.servergigabit.com to check your Acronis username
- Once login, click to My Service, under My Products and Services
- Next, look for your Acronis Product and click Manage Product
- Then, you will see the pane with Account Info with Login – that is your username.
- Optionally you may change your Password there too.
- If you forgot your password only
- Key in your Login https://billing.servergigabit.com, click Continue Under the password text box, click Forgot Password?
- An email for resetting your password will be sent to your email address register with this backup account.
