How to Install VestaCP on VPS Using SSH: Step-by-Step Guide

How to Install VestaCP via Terminal (SSH)

1. Log in to your VPS as root

ssh root@your_server_ip

2. Update the server

apt update -y && apt upgrade -y
reboot

• Log in again after reboot:

ssh root@your_server_ip

3. Download the VestaCP installer

curl -O http://vestacp.com/pub/vst-install.sh

4. Run the installer

bash vst-install.sh

5. Follow the installation prompts

6. Wait for installation to complete

• Installation may take 10–20 minutes

• Do not close the SSH session

7. Note the login details

(Displayed at the end of installation)

8. Access VestaCP Web Panel

https://your_server_ip:8083

9. Login to VestaCP
