Acceptable Use Policy

Here at Servergigabit, we put the customers and their safety as our focal point in every service and strategy. We have prepared an Acceptable Usage Policy that is specifically designed to increase our customers’ protection. Servergigabit shields its users from any illegal, malicious, damaging, and inappropriate behaviour. All Servergigabit users are subject to the Usage Policy to prevent any risk of a data breach or theft. Privacy Policy

Servergigabit’s Privacy Policy only applies to the treatment of information that Servergigabit may collect from users of its product and services including visitors of the Servergigabit site. Read more


Anti-Spam Policy

In our ongoing commitment to provide efficiency in our services, Servergigabit has introduced a new, more vigilant anti-spam policy. Besides, we have implemented the following policy as part of our commitment and sheer dedication in reducing spam related policy. Read more


Refund Policy

All newly registered Servergigabit customers are entitled to a 7-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date their first service is deployed. Refund requests submitted after this 7-day period will not be processed.

Refunds WILL BE GRANTED if:

  • VPS: Server is not deployed within 24 hours after payment.
  • Residential VPS: Server is not deployed within 48 hours after payment.
  • Dedicated Server: Server is not deployed within 7 working days after payment.
  • Service experiences downtime due to network or power outage lasting more than 24 hours.
  • A Virtual Machine (VPS) is not usable or remains inactive within the above deployment timeframes.

Refunds WILL NOT BE GRANTED if:

  • The service is not in “Active” status (e.g., suspended, terminated).
  • The server has been used and exceeds 10% of the monthly bandwidth quota.
  • There are any abuse reports or the IP address is listed on any public abuse database.
  • The IP address is blacklisted or firewalled by local authorities or third parties.
  • The order was placed using coupon codes or promotional discounts.
  • The VPS was self-cancelled via customer panel without submitting a refund request.

Non-Refundable Items and Conditions:

  • Residential VPS: If the VPS has been successfully deployed and active, refunds will not be issued due to the unpredictable nature of residential IP behavior.
    Exception: If the Residential VPS deployment exceeds 48 hours without successful provisioning, and the customer requests a refund within the initial period, it can be granted.
  • Payments made via Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies are non-refundable.
  • Setup fees, software licenses, and add-on services are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

  • All refund requests must be submitted by creating a ticket or emailing billing@servergigabit.com with a clear reason for the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days upon approval.
  • Refunds are returned via the original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card only).
