2. Right click on the E-Mail whose headers you want to view, a drop down menu will appear.
3. From the menu, choose “Properties”.

]]>1. Launch your Microsoft Outlook 2013.
2. From Top left menu click FILE. From Account Information, click “Add Account”.
3. Check the “Manual setup or additional server types.
4. Check the POP or IMAP.

5. Enter your name and full email address on User’s Information section.
6. Select Account Type. You may choose either POP3 or IMAP as we support for both email protocol.
7. Enter mail.domain.com for incoming and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) mail.domain.com
8. Then assign your full email address and password on the Logon information section and check on to remember password
9. Then click on the More settings… as below screenshot.
10. Then go to Outgoing server tab to check on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication as it is our currently mail server policy to allow sending from mail client.

11. Go to Advanced tab and change Outgoing server (SMTP) port from 25 to 587.
12. Check the box “Leave a copy of messages on the server” if you wish server to keep your email as a backup. Click OK button.
13. Click Finish and your email account in Microsoft Outlook 2013 is ready to use.

]]>1. Select Settings from the home screen of your iPhone

2. Choose Passwords & Accounts.

3. Click on Add Account.

4. Choose Other from appeared list

5. Select Add Mail Account
In the New Account menu, you will need to specify the following records:
Name: your name, it will appear as a sender name
Address: your full email address
Password: password of this email address
Description: you can specify any description. But we advise you to specify your email address

6. Click on Next.
7. Select protocol type: IMAP or POP3. We will show the sample of using IMAP. The selected one will be highlighted in blue.
8. Settings are equal both for IMAP and POP3 on this step:
The fields: Name, Address and Description should have been already filled in due to your previous setting.
Host name: mail.yourdomain.com
User Name: your email address.
Password: password for your email.

9. Click on Next.
10.When the check is finished, you will be redirected to IMAP / POP3 settings and click on Save.

11. In order to set up additional settings for mail accounts, you need to return in previous menu Passwords & Accounts and click on your newly created accounts.

12. Click your newly created account and go to Account Info. Scroll down the screen and select Advanced:
As for the incoming and outgoing Host Name, may use the server host name
(may find the server hostname from https://intodns.com/ -> MX -> server hostname)
In the below example the server hostname shall be larva.mschosting.com


13. You will be able to choose additional settings for IMAP or POP3:
If you set IMAP connection, you need to use the port 993 and toggle SSL while leaving the IMAP Path Prefix field empty.
If you choose POP3 connection, you need to use the port 995 and toggle SSL while leaving the POP3 Path Prefix field empty.


14. In order to set up settings for Outgoing Server, you will need to enter the Outgoing Mail Server via clicking on the SMTP setting and then click on Primary Server. Please toggle the Use SSL and ensure that the port used is 465.

15. Once settings are verified, your account is active and ready to use.

How to enable SSL encryption in Outlook Express
1. Launch Outlook Express.
2. Go to Tools > Accounts…
3. Go to Mail tab and select the account for SSL encryption and click Properties.
4. Then go to Advanced tab and check on both “This server requires a secure connection (SSL).
5. Then assign port 465 for outgoing SMTP and 995 for incoming POP3 .

2. After that enter your email account and password, and select “Manual Setup”.

3. The Mail Option will allow you to setup with POP3, IMAP or Microsoft Exchange ActivSync. IMAP is strongly recommended, which allow user to sync & view their emails on multiple devices.
4. For incoming server settings, may refer to the below screenshot as example.
Username: [email protected] where it should be your email address.
Password : your email password
IMAP/POP3 server : mail.domain.com where domain.com should replace by your domain name
Security type : None
Server Port : 143 (IMAP) / 110 (POP3)
Then select Next.

5. For outgoing server settings, may refer to the below screenshot as example.
Username: [email protected] where it should be your email address.
Password : your email password
SMTP server : mail.domain.com where domain.com should replace by your domain name
Security type : None
Server Port : 587
Then select Next.

6. For account options, you may choose your preferable settings or leave it as default.

7.The last step will be enter your name, which will be displaying in your email that you send, after that select “Done” to complete the setup.

How to enable SMTP authentication shall the account is auto setup previously
1. Go to the ‘File’ tab, Click on ‘Account Settings’.
2. Select email account you need to update.
3. Click on Repair and followed by “Let me repair my account manually”

4. Tick on “My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication” and click on Repair
