Set up Office 365 for Business Essentials Plan<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Use these steps to set up your\u00a0Office 365 Business Essentials<\/strong>\u00a0subscription. With this plan, you connect to Office 365<\/a> online. You don\u2019t install the Office apps.<\/p>\n

1. Create Office 365 accounts and add your domain<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this step, you use the Setup wizard to create Office 365 accounts for your users and add your own domain. The wizard lets you personalize everyone\u2019s user ID and email for your business, like\u00a0admin365@mondoze.com.<\/p>\n

To start the wizard, choose\u00a0Go to setup<\/strong>\u00a0and follow this guide\u00a0Office 365 Admin Set Up using Setup Wizard\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Import email<\/strong><\/p>\n

Move your existing email and contacts from other email systems to your Office 365 mailbox so you can see it all in one place.<\/p>\n

3. Connect email accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can connect other email accounts to Outlook, too, such as your Gmail and Yahoo accounts. This lets you manage all of your email in one place. You can connect up to 5 email accounts to Outlook.<\/p>\n

    Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account at\u00a0www.office.com\/signin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Choose\u00a0Mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3. On the Outlook navigation bar, select\u00a0Settings \u00a0> Options.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 4. In the left pane, choose\u00a0Mail<\/strong>, and under\u00a0Accounts<\/strong>, choose\u00a0Connected accounts.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Not all features are available in every region. If you don\u2019t see the Connected accounts option, this feature may not be available for your account.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a05. On the\u00a0Connect your email account page<\/strong>, enter your full email address, such as\u00a0admin365@mondoze.com, and the password of the email account you want to connect to Outlook.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a06. Choose OK.<\/p>\n

    IMPORTANT:<\/strong>\u00a0If you get a message that Outlook couldn\u2019t connect to the server for your other account, choose Back and make sure you entered the correct email address and password for your account. Typos are really common!<\/p>\n

    4. Install Skype for Business<\/strong><\/p>\n

    You and your team members can download and install Skype for Business on all your PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones. Then you\u2019ll be able to see the online status of your coworkers, start chats from other Office applications, and host video meetings with up to 250 people.<\/p>\n

      6. Store files online<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Everyone gets a\u00a0OneDrive<\/strong>\u00a0cloud storage location automatically when you create Office 365 accounts for them. With OneDrive, you can access files across your computers, phones, and tablets.<\/p>\n
