Create Office 365 accounts and add your domain<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In this step, you use the Setup wizard to create accounts and add your own domain. The wizard lets you personalize everyone\u2019s user ID and email for your business, like\u00a0admin365@yourdomain.com.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Click here to go to the<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.office.com\/adminportal\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0Office 365 admin center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">To start the wizard, choose Go to setup and follow this guide\u00a0<strong>Office 365 Admin Set Up using Setup Wizard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">To learn more, see\u00a0<strong>Assign Office 365 License to User Accounts<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Add a domain to Office 365<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>2. Install Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Once you\u2019ve created accounts for other people in your business, you and your team members will be able to install the full desktop version of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Each person can install Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Go to\u00a0portal.office.com\/OLS\/MySoftware.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Sign in with your Office 365 user account.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3. Import email<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Move your existing email and contacts from other email systems to your Office 365 mailbox so you can see it all in one place.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For migration options,\u00a0Migrate email and contacts to Office 365.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>4. Connect email accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">You can connect other email accounts to Outlook, too, such as your Gmail and Yahoo accounts. This lets you manage all of your email in one place. You can connect up to 5 email accounts to Outlook.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account at\u00a0www.office.com\/signin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Choose\u00a0<strong>Mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3. On the Outlook navigation bar, select\u00a0<strong>Settings \u00a0&gt; Options.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04. In the left pane, choose\u00a0<strong>Mail<\/strong>, and under\u00a0<strong>Accounts<\/strong>, choose\u00a0<strong>Connected accounts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Not all features are available in every region. If you don\u2019t see the Connected accounts option, this feature may not be available for your account.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">On the\u00a0<strong>Connect your email account<\/strong>\u00a0page, enter your full email address, such as\u00a0admin365@mondozes.com, and the password of the email account you want to connect to Outlook.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Choose\u00a0<strong>OK.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong>\u00a0If you get a message that Outlook couldn\u2019t connect to the server for your other account, choose Back and make sure you entered the correct email address and password for your account. Install Skype for Business<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">You and your team members can download and install Skype for Business on all your PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones. Then you\u2019ll be able to see the online status of your coworkers, start chats from other Office applications, and host video meetings with up to 250 people.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Go to\u00a0https:\/\/portal.office.com\/OLS\/MySoftware.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Sign in with your work or school account.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03. Select Skype for Business and choose Install.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04. Set up mobile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Install Office on your mobile device, and set up Outlook to work with your new Office 365 mailbox. Everyone on your team will need to do this step. Store files online<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Office 365 makes online file storage easy. With OneDrive, you can access files across your computers, phones, and tablets.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Go to\u00a0www.office.com\/signin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2.
