12. Check the box \u201cLeave a copy of messages on the server\u201d if you wish server to keep your email as a backup. Click OK.<\/p>\n
13. After click OK, it will return to the Add account setting. Click on Next and click on Close after the Test Account Settings has been done.<\/p>\n
14. Your email account in Microsoft Outlook 2016 is ready to use.<\/p>\n
How to enable SMTP authentication shall the account is auto setup previously<\/strong><\/p>\n1. Go to the \u2018File\u2019 tab, Click on \u2018Account Settings\u2019.<\/p>\n
2. Select email account you need to update.<\/p>\n
