Once you have activated the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync add-on and enabled the feature for an email account in SmarterMail, the Android device will need to be configured.<\/p>\n<p>In order to connect your Android device to SmarterMail via Exchange ActiveSync perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<p>1)\u00a0 On your Android device, navigate to the Settings menu.<\/p>\n<p>2)\u00a0 Click\u00a0<strong>Accounts &amp; Sync<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>3)\u00a0 Click\u00a0<strong>Add Account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>4)\u00a0 Click\u00a0<strong>Corporate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>5)\u00a0 Enter your email address and your password and click\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>6)\u00a0 In the Domain\\Username field, enter your username and domain using the following format: \\example@mydomain.com.<\/p>\n<p>7)\u00a0 Your password should automatically be entered.
