Enter your full email address &gt; click on \u201c<strong>Advanced options<\/strong>\u201d &gt; tick the checkbox \u201c<strong>Let me set up my account manually<\/strong>\u201d then Connect.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">4. Choose account type, select\u00a0<strong>POP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">5. Enter mail.domain.com for Incoming and Outgoing mail server (SMTP).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">6. Check the checkbox \u201cThis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.servergigabit.com\/\">server<\/a> requires an encrypted connection (SSL\/TLS)\u201d for Incoming mail server.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Select \u201cSSL\/TLS\u201d under Encryption method for Outgoing mail server.<\/p>\n<p>7. Assign 995 for incoming port (POP3) and 465 for outgoing port (SMTP).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">8. Enter password for your email address then Click OK.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">9. Account setup is complete. Lastly, check the checkbox if you want to setup outlook mobile on your phone then click OK.<\/p>\n<p>Your email account now is ready to use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: If you wish to edit the Account Setting , you may proceed with below step<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. File&gt; Account Setting&gt; Double click your email address&gt; More Settings<\/p>\n<p>2. Click on Outgoing server tab to check on \u201cMy outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication\u201d as it is our currently mail server policy to allow sending from mail client.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">3. Click on Advanced tab and you can edit your port setting here.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">4. By default, system will select the option \u201cLeave a copy of messages on the server\u201d as a backup. Click OK.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">5. After edit click OK, it will return to the Add account setting. Click on Next and click on Close after the Test Account Settings has been done.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">6.
