After the first backup has not completed (for any reason), you want to delete this incomplete archive, but cannot find it under Backups.<\/p>\n<p>Or you realize, that the space used in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.servergigabit.com\/\">Cloud<\/a> is larger than your backups occupy:<\/p>\n<p>Cause:<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete backups are not displayed in Backup Management Console.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Incomplete backups can be deleted in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.servergigabit.com\/\">Web<\/a> Restore Console:<\/p>\n<p>1. In Devices, select the machine you want to delete backups for.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click Recovery:<\/p>\n<p>3. Click More ways to recover:<\/p>\n<p>4. Click Download files<\/p>\n<p>5. Log in with your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acronis.com\/en\/#sp\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Acronis Backup Cloud<\/a> account credentials.<\/p>\n<p>6.
