1) Login to the web interface as administrator through URL : mail.yourdomainname.com with administrator username with password

Note: The email account need to have administrator privilege in order to adjust email account disk space from Smartermail.

2) Go to the last button of the top panel > Domain Settings

3) Select the Accounts on Left panel

4) Click on the email account from email account list

5) Edit the Mailbox Size Limit (MB) and Save it.

Refer Red to add trusted domain, refer Yellow to add trusted sender.

4. Add in domain name (eg:servergigabit.com) under Trusted domain.

5. Upon added, click on ok.

The maximum email size, which includes the message and any attachments, is 50 MB.

You may attach as many files as you like as long as it does not exceed the 50MB limit. This limit applies to all forms of connections, whether the user is using the webmail interface, or an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird via POP/IMAP.
